Another attempt at one stroke flower nail art

Helloooooooo! I loved my last attempt at the one stroke flower technique so much I decided to give it another go. However, I'm not sure I love it as much this time, maybe I should stick with the basic technique first :P

I started with two coats of the awesome OPI Uh-oh roll down the window. I really think it's become my favourite green now! :D I then used my acrylic paint to try out a different flower pattern with the one stroke technique.

khaki one stroke flower1

khaki one stroke flower2

It may be the colour combination or it may be the flower - I'm still trying to work out why I don't love this as much :P But anyway, I'll keep experimenting with this technique.

What do you think of my attempt?

Thanks for dropping by.

  3. The flowers look fantastic but I'm not too keen on the green base personally.  I wish I had a steady enough hand to try this myself! xx

  5. These are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I love the base color you used, provides a great contrast between the stark colors you used for the flowers.
