First up is Rockets red glare. The polish is consists of larger red hex glitters and smaller ones. I found the glitter to be quite sparse; this is definitely a layering polish. Shown below is one thicker coat of Rockets red glare over a black base polish. I think this is the second red glitter polish I own so it's more than unique to my stash!
Under direct sunlight:
So-go diva is a brown glitter polish which is made up of the same glitter particles as Rockets red glare. I actually found the glitter to be even sparser in this bottle and thus I had to layer on an even thicker coat of So-go diva over my black base polish.
Again, in direct sunlight:
Honestly, I would have preferred the glitter to be denser in the polishes. This would help avoid laying on the thicker coats and thus decrease the dry time. I have to say that the glitters are really pretty though, and So-go diva is an especially unique brown glitter :)
The Flash Glam collection (Winter) will be available in Australia from June, 2013. Orly lacquers retail for $18.95 each and can be purchased from Orly Beauty or calling 1300 769 355.
Have you picked up any of these polishes? Or are you a bit over the glitter bomb trend?
