Australian Series: Verdigris

Hi~^^ Hope you all had a great start to the weekend. I'm trying to savour mine as best as possible before I return to uni on Monday.

Awhile ago, I received a lovely nail package from Face of Australia. One of the polishes included was Verdigris. This is a light olive green which has a metallic finish. Careful application is required in order not to end up with a brushstrokey mess. I applied two coats here~

It's not my favourite shade of green, but I actually grew to like it :) Of course, if it were less brushstrokey, I'd be loving it. What are your thoughts of metallic finishes? Love or hate?

    An interesting shade, I need to check it out at Priceline.
    I dislike metallic finishes, because of the effort required for application. I'm so lazy and can't apply polish neatly anyway, so brush strokes are prone to occuring :(

    Mm, definitely why I'm not a fan of metallic finishes. However, if the shade is pretty enough, I may just be able to ignore the brushstrokes... :P
